Product Description
The WRIE-W10 Screen Workstation is made of Aluminum-framed fabric/PET screens, MFC worktops, steel or solid wood legs, manufactured by ZH Furniture in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. It is available in five standard widths - 600mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm and 1600mm - with heights from 900mm to 1200mm. Custom dimensions are supported for project orders. Project-based supply with a standard MOQ of one 20GP container (mixed loading), a 25-30 days production lead time and a 5-year quality warranty; BIFMA, EN and other international standards on request.
Wrie screen, simple and bright appearance, multi-form office space, adapts to different space size planning. One screen apart not only meets the private independent office space, but also realizes the rapid response of team sharing — relaxed and happy office, creating infinite possibilities.
Materials & Construction
• Substrate: ENF-grade particleboard, formaldehyde release ≤ 0.02 mg/m³, static bending strength ≥ 25 MPa, screw holding ≥ 1500 N
• Surface: premium melamine-impregnated decorative paper, wear- and fade-resistant
• Edge banding: 1.5 mm PVC edge banding, heat- and moisture-resistant, color-matched to the board
• Adhesive: eco hot-melt adhesive, low-VOC formula
• Hardware: three-in-one corrosion-resistant connectors, salt-spray tested 240 h at grade 10; slides, hinges and locks salt-spray tested 200 h at grade 10
• Frame: powder-coated steel finished with eco anti-static polyester powder coating; aluminum profile screen frames where applicable
