Information we collect
When you send a project inquiry or build a project brief, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country or market, project type, estimated quantities, timing, message and the product models in your brief. Separately, our website analytics records page paths, product views, project-brief actions, inquiry starts and successful submissions, together with referral and campaign parameters when present. Analytics events never contain your message, email address or phone number.
How we use it and why
We use inquiry information to review your request, contact you, prepare specifications and quotations, and keep a record of the commercial conversation — this is processing needed to take steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a B2B business. We use analytics, in anonymized form, to understand which channels bring qualified project inquiries and to improve the website — our legitimate interest, balanced by keeping the data anonymous and first-party. Where a law requires consent, the form's privacy acknowledgement serves as that consent.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our analytics stores two anonymous identifiers in your browser's local storage: a random visitor ID and a session ID that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Neither can identify you on its own, and neither is shared with advertising networks. You can delete them at any time through your browser settings; the website will continue to work, and we will simply count your next visit as a new anonymous visitor.
Sharing and third parties
Inquiry information may be shared with the supplier personnel and service providers involved in evaluating and responding to your request (for example logistics or specification consultants), and with the hosting and IT providers that operate this website — all limited to what is needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal information. Links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp (operated by Meta), take you to platforms governed by their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Your information is processed by our team in Guangdong, China and Hong Kong, and may be stored on servers located outside your country. When you submit an inquiry from abroad, your information is necessarily transferred to us in order for us to respond. We apply contractual and organizational safeguards to protect it, and we limit onward transfers to the purposes described in this policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while we handle your request and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can continue ongoing project discussions and meet legal or accounting obligations; longer retention applies only where the law requires it. Anonymous analytics events are kept for up to 14 months and are then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already taken place. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, including access controls on inquiry records and first-party analytics that avoids collecting message content.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged more prominently where appropriate.
