Product Description
The WALL-DE Executive Desk is made of Solid wood veneer panels with painted finish, manufactured by ZH Furniture in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. It is available in six standard widths - 1800mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2400mm, 2600mm and 2800mm - with depths from 1450mm to 2000mm. Custom dimensions are supported for project orders. Project-based supply with a standard MOQ of one 20GP container (mixed loading), a 25-30 days production lead time and a 5-year quality warranty; BIFMA, EN and other international standards on request.
With its spacious desktop design, the Wall desk shows a majestic momentum: smooth lines and a simple structure exude a restrained and unobtrusive charm. Whether in a conference room or a study, the solid wood desk shows the vastness and loftiness of the space with its grandeur.
Materials & Construction
• Substrate: ENF-grade high-density fiberboard, density ≥ 0.80 g/cm³, static bending strength ≥ 40 MPa, formaldehyde release ≤ 0.02 mg/m³
• Veneer: natural solid wood veneer, thickness ≥ 1 mm, moisture content ≤ 8%
• Edge banding: natural solid wood edge strips, moisture content ≤ 11%
• Finish: eco-friendly paint applied in five base coats and three top coats, clear wood grain, uniform color, film hardness ≥ 3H, VOC ≤ 50 g/L
• Adhesive: water-based adhesive with waterproof, moisture-proof and oil-resistant bond
• Hardware: corrosion-resistant hardware with tested load-bearing capacity
