The SF-805 Executive Sofa is made of Leather upholstery, high-density foam, solid wood inner frame, metal feet, manufactured by ZH Furniture in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. It is available in two standard widths - 800mm and 2050mm - each 780mm deep and 800mm high. Custom dimensions are supported for project orders. Project-based supply with a standard MOQ of one 20GP container (mixed loading), a 25-30 days production lead time and a 5-year quality warranty; BIFMA, EN and other international standards on request.
Rich and soft filling makes the seating experience of Boris feel comfortable. The slender steel feet create a floating feeling of the sofa suspended in the air. Flat and crisp lines and sloping armrests enhance visual tension and create a unique sense of form. (Size labels misprinted as "SF-804-1S/3S" in the brochure.)
Materials & Construction
• Upholstery: premium eco leather (genuine leather options available), thickness ≥ 1.5 mm, colorfastness ≥ grade 4, tear strength ≥ 100 N, mildew-resistant
• Foam: flame-retardant high-resilience foam, density ≥ 50 kg/m³, 75% compression set ≤ 3%, flame class B1
• Frame: solid hardwood frame with pest- and rot-resistant treatment; ergonomically shaped bent plywood back
• Legs: powder-coated metal legs, acid-washed and phosphated before electrostatic powder coating
