The AMOS Modular Sofa is made of Fabric upholstery, high-density foam, solid wood inner frame, manufactured by ZH Furniture in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. It is available in one standard width of 3900mm. Custom dimensions are supported for project orders. Project-based supply with a standard MOQ of one 20GP container (mixed loading), a 25-30 days production lead time and a 5-year quality warranty; BIFMA, EN and other international standards on request.
The Amos series, with its flexible and versatile modular design, creates efficient and practical collaborative communication spaces, suitable for public leisure, group discussions and business negotiations. Functional accessories such as writing boards can be freely combined according to actual needs.
Materials & Construction
• Upholstery: premium eco leather (genuine leather options available), thickness ≥ 1.5 mm, colorfastness ≥ grade 4, tear strength ≥ 100 N, mildew-resistant
• Foam: flame-retardant high-resilience foam, density ≥ 50 kg/m³, 75% compression set ≤ 3%, flame class B1
• Frame: solid hardwood frame with pest- and rot-resistant treatment; ergonomically shaped bent plywood back
• Legs: powder-coated metal legs, acid-washed and phosphated before electrostatic powder coating
