The CLE-WTD-A3 120-Degree Workstation is made of MFC panels, powder-coated steel height-adjustable lifting frame, manufactured by ZH Furniture in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. It is available in one standard width of 2375mm each 2743mm deep and 1300mm high. Custom dimensions are supported for project orders. Project-based supply with a standard MOQ of one 20GP container (mixed loading), a 25-30 days production lead time and a 5-year quality warranty; BIFMA, EN and other international standards on request.
The polygonal design provides extreme flexibility and can be freely adjusted according to different needs and uses — a three-person 120-degree sit-stand pod for agile teams.
Materials & Construction
• Substrate: ENF-grade particleboard, formaldehyde release ≤ 0.02 mg/m³, static bending strength ≥ 25 MPa, screw holding ≥ 1500 N
• Surface: premium melamine-impregnated decorative paper, wear- and fade-resistant
• Edge banding: 1.5 mm PVC edge banding, heat- and moisture-resistant, color-matched to the board
• Adhesive: eco hot-melt adhesive, low-VOC formula
• Hardware: three-in-one corrosion-resistant connectors, salt-spray tested 240 h at grade 10; slides, hinges and locks salt-spray tested 200 h at grade 10
• Frame: powder-coated steel finished with eco anti-static polyester powder coating; aluminum profile screen frames where applicable
